neither do i want red
i just wanna be me

i never wanted it to end
this beautiful life plan
i hardly know what hit me
maybe it was the female envy
the jealously
the pain
the practical thoughts i had
flew out of my head
i couldn't let them control me
because i just wouldn't be me
i wish you'd understand
