okay, back date a bit. on the 9th. anyway. anu's back in singapore, and on sunday, the 9th, we went to tanglin mall. originally to go boy huntin'. but plans changed. for plently of reasons. and i went with anu just as friend huntin'. it pays to have a nice guy friend, okay?
anyway, my parents 'oh-so-kindly' sent me and anu to tanglin mall.

me: but what if they (the guys) are, like, attached or something?
anu: it won't hurt if we're just friends right?
me: oh, yeah.
(pause)
me: but what if they're gays?
anu: it pays to have gay friends, hilda.

yeah, that shows how dumb i, hilda, can get. seriously.
but to our disappointment. no cute guys were in sight. (all were either tooo old, or married. ie. olddddddd) we left the scene in less than a heart beat. and pop down to holland village. oh, well, at least there were some gorgeous ones there. but they were all with their parents. creepers.
i mean, who on earth would approach a guy who has got his parents next to him?!
but i bought myself a magazine, and the both of us went to gelare's. and practically went crazy there on waffles and icecream. but really, i seriously suggest not to take their vanilla milkshake. tooo organic-y if you have organic food. who cares if they're healthy? organic food i mean, they taste horrible!
we spent around more than three hours in gelare, ooh-ing at the pictures of hot hot zac efron, and singing to breaking free from high school musical. dumb, i know, but who cares?
